COSMÉTICA COREANA:KIT 3 PASOS, ANTI PUNTOS NEGROS, PIG NOSE CLEAR BLACK HEAD

Hoy hablaremos de este kit maravilloso para quitar los puntos negros de la nariz llamado Pig-nose clear black head 3 step de la marca coreana de cosmética Holika Holika, os tenemos que avisar que antes de usarlo hay que limpiar bien la cara.

Este kit anti puntos negros contiene unos parches que tendrás que aplicar para conseguir una limpieza y purificación total de tus poros.

Objetivos: Eliminar los puntos negros de la nariz
Ingredientes: extractos vegetales como té verde, romero, roibois, limón, etc
Resultados: Elimina eficazmente los puntos negros a la par que limpia y cierra los poros.

1º Paso: Aplicamos la primera tira y la dejamos actuar durante 15-20 Minutos.
 Abre los poros facilitando la limpieza y permitiendo la completa eliminación de los puntos negros.

2º Paso: Humedecemos la zona de la nariz donde aplicaremos la segunda tira y la dejamos actuar entre 10-15 minutos.

Purifica la piel de la nariz eliminando los residuos, impurezas y puntos negros más profundos.

3º Paso: Y para terminar nos ponemos la ultima tira y la dejamos actuar entre 5-10 minutos.

Aprieta y minimiza el tamaño de los poros para una piel lisa y suave.

El cabello y cuero cabelludo también son importantes para cuidarlo 

Y terminamos con trucos para secar rapido la laca de uñas y para tener unas hermosas pestañas pobladas.

BEBIDAS NATURALES Y SALUDABLES PARA TU BODY

¡Hola Sweets! Hoy os traemos un post súper interesante y sobre todo saludable. Es para todo tipo de personas, desde aquellas que quieren empezar a cuidarse hasta aquellas que les gusten probar "otro tipo de bebidas".

En este post os daremos algunas ideas para que podáis haceros en vuestras casa bebidas naturales y saludables, que os ayudaran no sólo a mejorar vuestros hábitos alimenticios, sino que también os ayudaran a tomar vitaminas de manera fácil y rápida. ¿Preparados? ¡Allá vamos!

Hi Sweets! Today we are going to show you how to make healthy drinks throughout an easy way. This post is for all those people who wants to start to care themselves and also for those people who likes tasting "new kind of drinks".

In this post, we will give you some ideas to make this natural and healthy drinks, which help you not only for getting better you health habits, but also to help to have vitamins in an easy and fast way. Ready? Go!

BEBIDA DE PEPINO/CUCUMBER DRINK

Es una bebida muy fresquita y ligera. 

Sólo pon en una jarra de agua entre 3-4 rodajas de pepino,

y déjala en el frigorífico durante 3 horas.

Tras ese tiempo, retira las rodajas de pepino.

¡Y listo!

It is a very cool and light drink.

You just have to pour water in a jar and add 3-4 slice of cucumber,

and let the jar inside the fridge during 3 hours.

After that time, you just have to take off the slices.

And that is! 

 

  BEBIDAS FRUTALES/ FRUITY DRINKS

Mete en una jarra la fruta que prefieras (lima y menta; naranja y moras; 

fresas y limón; fresas y frambuesas...) 

y presionalas UN POCO contra el fondo de la jarra, 

para que la fruta pueda "soltar jugo".

Después vierte agua, y mete la jarra en la nevera.

Después de 3 horas, podrás disfrutar de una bebita fresquita y afrutada. 

Put the fruit you want in a jar (lime and mint; orange and blackberry;

strawberries and lemon; strawberries and berries...)

and push them JUST A LITTLE BIT againts the bottom of the jar; 

doing that, the fruits can "release the juice".

After pour the water inside the jar, put it inside the fridge.

3 hours later, you will be able to enjoy of your cool and fruity drink.

MANZANA Y CANELA/ APPEL AND CINAMON

 Pon en una jarra de agua un par de rodajas de manzana

y presiónalas un poco contra el fondo.

Añade un par de barritas de canela o 3 cucharadas de canela en polvo

y vierte agua. 

Déja la jara en el frigorífico durante 3 horas.

Put inside a jar a couple of slices of appel

and push them against the bottom of the jar.

Add a couple of cinamon or two tablespoom of cinamon.

Pour the water and let the jar inside the fridge during 3 hours.

 

 KIWI Y LIMA / KIWI AND LIME 

¡Súper fácil! sólo tienes que batir un par de kiwis

 y media lima y medio vaso con agua. ¡Ah! 

Y que no se te olvide el hielo para que esté fresquito.

Puedes añadir menta si quieres (opcional).

Sooo simple! You just have to whip a couple

of kiwis and a half of lime, and add a half of a glass of water.

Ah! And don't forget to add the ice to get it cooler.

You can also add mint if you want (optional)

PEPINO Y ESPINACAS, TOMATE, Y ZANAHORIAS/

CUCUMBER AND SPINACH, TOMATOE, AND CARROT

Para estas tres bebidas sólo necesitas mezclar 

las verduras que selecciones y añadirles agua.

For these three drinks you will only need to mix

the vegetables you prefer and add water.

Pepino + Espinaca + Agua / Cucumber + Spinach + Water

Tomate + Agua / Tomatoe + Water

Zanahoria + Agua / Carrot + Water

ESPINACAS Y PLÁTANO / SPINACH AND BANANA

Sí sí! Como lo oís. Las espinacas y los plátanos 

tambien se pueden mezclar.

Sólo tendréis que tener en cuenta de las cantidades.

Es decir, dependiendo de la cantidad que uséis de espinacas o plátanos

os sabrá esta bebida más a una cosa que a la otra.

OMG! As you are hearing. Also spinachs and bananas can be mixed.

Only you will have to keep in mind about the quantities.

We mean, depending on the quantity of spinachs or bananas you will use,

this drink will be tasted more spinach or more banana.

Mangafest 2015

Hola Sweets!! / Hi Sweets!!

Hoy Eri Loveless nos hablará sobre su experiencia este pasado sábado en el Mangafest 2015 en Sevilla.

Today Eri Loveless will tell us about her experience in the Mangafest 2015, which was this last Saturday in Sevilla.

                            



" Fui al Mangafest con mi pareja y unos amigos. Como empezaba a las 11:00am, decidimos quedar sobre las 9:30-10:00am.
Me sorprendió que la cola, una vez que se abrieron las puertas, fuera tan rápida. Este año se notaba una mejor organización, y eso se agradeció.

I went to the Mangafest with my partner and some Friends. As it started at 11:00 am, we decided to meet around 9:30-10:00am.
I was surprised because of the queue, once they were opened, was very quick.  This year, the organization was very good, and people were very thanked for.

Por supuesto hubo un MONTÓN de gente, pero como siempre, un placer. Todos los asistentes siempre son muy educados y van siempre con muy buen rollo.

Of course, there was A LOT OF people, but as always, a pleasure. Everybody was always very polite and nice.

Hubo dos momentos que me sorprendieron mucho: el primero fue cuando un chico me pidió sacarse una foto conmigo (me sorprendió y me ruborizó); y el segundo fue cuando subí mi video sobre la experiencia en el Mangafest a mi canal, y por lo visto un chico que sale en el video que estaba detrás mía en la cola, vio el video y me felicitó por él.

There were 2 moments that I was very surprised: the first one was when a guy asked me for take a picture with me (that blushed me); and the second one was when I upload my video about the Mangafest on my cannel, and a guy, who appeared in my video, that he was behind me in the queue, saw it and told me that he liked my video.

Había 3 secciones: La zona de videojuegos ( super bien), la zona de merchandaising (una locura) en donde me compré muchas cositas; y por último la zona de exposiciones, a la que tristemente no pude ir, y me dijeron que estuvo muy bien.

There were 3 sections: The videogames side (amazing), the merchandaising side (where I bought many things); and the last side, which there were exhibitions about different things, but I could not go there.

Eri Loveless y "You Deserve"

Si ayer pudisteis leer la entrevista que nos concedió Raúl Borreguero, quien nos dio a conocer su videojuego Indie amateur “You Deserve”. Hoy nuestra colaboradora y modelo Eri Loveless nos hablará acerca de la experiencia de ser parte de ese proyecto.

If yesterday you could read the interview that with did to Raúl Borreguero, who told us about his Indie amateur videogame “Your Deserve”. Today, our collaborator and model Eri Loveless will tell us about the experience of being part of that project.

Eri nos confesó que cuando Raúl  le preguntó si le interesaría la idea de participar en un videojuego que él estaba haciendo junto con un amigo, la idea le entusiasmó mucho: “Estabamos hablando por teléfono sobre varias cosas y de repente me preguntó si me interesaba la idea de ponerle voz al personaje principal de su videojuego. Mi respuesta fue un “Sí” rotundo. No tuve ni que pensarmelo”.

Eri confessed us that when Raúl asked her about the possibility to be the voice of the main character of his videogame, game which is been doing by him and one of his friends, that idea made her very happy.: “ We were chatting about different things, and suddenly he asked me if I was interested in giving life to the main character of his videogame. My answer was an absolutely “Yes”. I did not have to think it about.

“Es la primera vez que hago algo en relación al mundo del doblaje” nos decía Eri, añadiendo que a pesar de ser la primera vez, se sentía bastante cómoda a la hora de decir sus frases.

“It is the first time that I do something related to dubbing” said Eri, while she added that in spite of being her first time, she felt very confortable when she was saying her lines.

Aunque no tenga ninguna experiencia como dobladora, Eri Loveless nos contó que eso no le fue ningún problema a la hora de interpretar a Amy, su personaje. “He hecho varias obras de teatro e incluso un musical, de manera que cuando me dieron esta oportunidad, me resultó más bien una oportunidad que un reto”.

Even though she has not any experience as a voice actress, Eri Loveless told us that there was not any problem when she had to interpretate Amy, her character. “I have participated in some plays and also in a musical play, so when I was given this oportunity, it was more like a nice chance than a challenge”.

“Nunca me imaginé que llegaría a hacer algo así. Es verdad, que muchas veces estuve tentada de hacer algo parecido con fragmentos de películas, pero nunca lo llegué a hacer”.

 “I never thought that one day I would do something like that. It is true that there were many times that I was tempted to do something liek that, takinf some fragments from movies, but at the end I never did it.

De momento para Eri Loveless no le está resultando difícil hacer su trabajo: “Creí que iba a ser más complicado, pero supongo que eso depende de la dificultad del diálogo de tu personaje. Mis frases son sencillas, y fáciles de decir. Aunque es verdad que en algún momento Raúl me dejó variar un poco el guión, cosa que luego me agradeció, ya que según él sonaban mejor algunos de los diálogos que modifiqué”.

By the moment, Eri Loveless is not having any problem to do her job: “I thought it would be more difficult, but I suppose that it depends on the difficulty of the lines of your character. Mi lines are simple, and easy to say. However, it is true that there was some moments that Raúl let me change some of my lines, something that at the end he thanked me, because according to him, the dialogues sounded better after some of my changes.

En la anterior entrevista, Raúl Borreguero nos comentó que ya había trabajado antes con Eri Loveless, pero en el campo musical. De manera que quisimos saber si había alguna diferencia entre grabar canciones o covers, y grabar diálogos. A lo que Eri nos contestó: “Pues... obviamente no es lo mismo cantar que interpretar, pero si que tienen en común una cosa: el sentimiento. Pero de cara a la grabación, sí que me resultó bastante parecido porque en ambas ocasiones, primero grabamos como pensamos que debe de ser y lo oímos, y si vemos que hay algo que cambiar, pues lo hacemos. Pero con respecto a la hora de grabar los diálogos, Raúl me dice más o menos una idea, y yo le digo varias opciones y luego terminamos vienedo cual grabación queda mejor”.

In the last interview, Raúl Borreguero told us that he has just worked with Eri Loveless, but in the musical area. So, we wanted to know about if there was any difference between recording songs or covers, and recording dialogues. This was what she said: “Well... obviously, it is not the same singing than interpretate, but it is true that they have something in common: the feeling. But, related to the record, it does remind me very similar, because in both cases, first of all we record what we think it is, then we hear it, and if we think we have to change something, we just do it. But about recording dialogues, Raúl tell me how we wants me to say them more or less, and me, I show him some options, and then we decide which of the records are better”.

Coincide con Raúl en que cuando trabajan juntos se lo pasan genial: “ Es verdad que nos reímos muchos mientras trabajamos, e incluso ha habido alguna que otra vez que hemos tenido que parar todo hasta que nos calmaramos, pero luego a la hora de trabajar somos muy serios. Supongo que por eso me resulta un placer trabajar con él. No me siento para nada tensa”.

She agrees Raúl about when they work together, they having fun: “It is true that we laught so much while we are working. Sometimes we had to stop everything until be calm, but then, we work very seriously. I suppose that it is the reason why I like working with him. I do not feel tense at all.

Asegura que le encantaría volver a repetir la experiencia, ya sea con Raúl, con otras personas, o incluso probar a hacer algún corto. “Me gusta la interpretación y escribir, asique nunca se sabe si un día escribo un pequeño guión para un corto”

She claims that she would like to try that experience again, with Raúl, with other people, or also trying to do some short. “I love interpretating and writtting, so who knows if one day I write a little script for a short”.

Finalmente le preguntamos si cree que “You Deserve” tendrá una buena aceptación del público. A lo que ella contestó: “Hasta ahora lo que puedo decir del juego es que para ser un videojuego amateur hecho por dos personas, está muy trabajado, la música es maravillosa, y además estamos hablando de un videojuego de misterio y terror, ¿qué más se puede pedir?

Finally, we asked her if people will like “You Deserve”. She aswered: “Now what I can say is even thouhg it is an amateur videogame done by two people, they are working on it so hard, the music is so cool, and in addition, we are talking about a mistery and terror videogame, so what's more?
